The perfect solution for customer who needs a simple, robust and economical cross head with all the advantages of Microdia’s expertise in extrusion.
Made of the best wear and corrosion resistant steels, produced entirely on high precision high speed CNC machines tools the ROMEX WC series can compare in quality to the other famous Microdia’s series.
The ROMEX WC series cross heads are also fully compatible with the anterior Microdia cross heads as regards:
- Tooling tips.
- Tooling dies.
- Flange fitting.
- Center line.
- Auxiliary extruder fitting.
- Heating voltage and power.
What means that an existing old Microdia cross head can be replaced by a ROMEX WC head without any change in the line’s lay out. The ROMEX WC series heads have been engineered like all Microdia’s heads with:
- Conical distributors available with different flow path.
- Large distribution sleeves (collet), easy to handle and clean.
- Die nut for the gum space adjustment.
- Distributor holder for the larger head (option)
